How long will it take for my order to be shipped out to me?

Orders will be processed within and shipped within 5-7 days. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. We consider the shipping address the one entered on Sara Palacios Designs' website for shipping purposes, not for payment. Sara Palacios Designs is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect shipping addresses.

How are the prints packaged for shipment?

We take shipping very seriously. We want your art print to arrive safely and in good condition. All prints are packaged in acid-free, archival-safe protective envelopes for shipment, made from recycled materials only. Art prints 9x12 and smaller are placed between two pieces of cardboard and shipped in rigid envelopes.  Larger art prints are shipped in tubes.

How can I know which frame size is better?

All our art prints are available in standard frame sizes and pre-cut mat sizes, making framing easy and affordable. The 8.5×11-inch prints can be framed either in a larger frame with a custom-cut mat or in a document/certificate frame, which comes in the 8.5×11 format and is sold in most framing stores.

For 5x7 prints, you can use an 8x10 frame with a 5x7 matt opening. For an 8x10 image, you can use an 11x14 frame with an 8x10 mat opening.

Are the sizes in the staged photos the actual sizes?

No, the staged photos with frames are not the real, live size of the print. Stage photos are meant to give you a sense of the style of how the print would look in a setting. The actual print size is specified in the description (in inches), and it's categorized as small, medium, large, or X-large to provide a clearer idea of the size.

• For quick cleaning, dust your fine art paper print with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.

• Do not display in direct sunlight to prevent the print from fading over time.

• Framing the print is highly recommended to protect it from damage.

If your print fades, even though it has never been exposed to direct sunlight, please return it, and we will replace it.
