Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products: made-to-order art prints, personalized artwork, custom fabrics, custom furniture, and custom home decor. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Exchanges are accepted
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

PRINTS Orders will be processed in 24 hours (during business days) and shipped within 5-10 days. No cancellations once the order is processed. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number. Shipped in a heavy-duty tube envelope or tube.

We accept returns and exchanges on most items, with the exception of the items listed above. All items must be in new condition. We offer a full refund on items returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the return is received in the same condition, we will issue a credit to your original payment method for the full purchase amount. We will not accept returns without an RA# or after the 14-day period. sara@sarapalaciosdesigns.com We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. 

Items must be unused and unwashed.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, food, or wear.
We do not cover the cost of returned items.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
What If My Product Arrives Damaged?

Sara Palacios Designs stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, contact us immediately. A photo of the damaged goods should be sent to sara@sarapalaciosdesigns.com. In the body of the email, please include your order number, a picture of the damage, and a short description of the issue.

The digital images we display are as accurate as possible in terms of color. However, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee color accuracy between the actual product and your screen. Therefore, we always recommend requesting a swatch.

Shipping Policy

All products are made to order. Lead time ranges from 5 days for prints and 4 to 6 weeks for custom furniture,upon receiving the order. For custom fabrics, a strike-off has to be approved first. Customers will be contacted periodically with updates on their orders.
