What are your most popular products? My most popular works are one-of-a-kind textile art.

Are your products eco-friendly? Yes. Sustainability is an important part of my process. Many artworks incorporate hand-painted, vintage, reclaimed, and repurposed textiles and papers, giving beautiful materials a new life. Every piece is handcrafted in my California studio.

Is every artwork original? Yes. Every artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind textile collage handmade by Sara Palacios. No two pieces are exactly alike, making each work a unique addition to your home or collection. 

Do you accept commissions? Yes. I create custom textile artwork for homes, interior designers, boutique hotels, and commercial spaces. If you need a specific size, color palette, or concept, I'd be happy to discuss your project.

Do you work with interior designers? Absolutely. I collaborate with interior designers, art consultants, and hospitality professionals to create distinctive textile artwork for residential and commercial interiors. Trade inquiries are always welcome.

Is the artwork ready to hang? Yes. Most wall hangings arrive ready to hang.   

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity? Yes. Every original artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming it is an original, one-of-a-kind work created by Sara Palacios.

Returns 

We offer a full refund, minus shipping charges, for items returned within 30 days of receipt (except for custom orders). Once the return is received in the same condition, we will issue a credit to your original payment method for the full purchase amount. We will not accept returns without an RA# or after 30 days. We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt. 

Shipping Policy

Most products are made to order.  Lead time ranges from 4 to 6 weeks upon receipt of the order.  For custom fabrics, a strike-off has to be approved first. Customers will be contacted periodically with updates on their orders.
