What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on most items, with the exception of the items listed below. All items must be in new condition. We offer a full refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the return is received, in the same condition, we will issue a credit to your card for the purchased amount. - Items must be unused, unwashed.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, food, or wear.
- We do not pay for the returned item.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
All custom, yardage, window treatments, custom-made fabrics, custom-made furniture, wallpapers, discounted, and sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.
What If My Product Arrives Damaged?
Sara Palacios Designs stands 100% behind our products. Each piece is carefully finished and packed to ensure safe transport. We encourage you to inspect your items on receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit or you discover any manufacturing defects, contact us immediately. A photo of the damaged good should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage, and a short description of the issue.
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Therefore, we always recommend requesting a swatch.

All products are made to order. Lead time ranges from 4-6 weeks upon receiving the order. For custom fabrics, a strike-off has to be approved first. Customers will be contacted periodically with updates on their orders.
