Don Quixote, Miguel de Cervantes’ visionary archetypal protagonist of the first modern novel will pick up his lance and shield - of sorts - to embark, in the company of his down-to-earth, pragmatic side-kick, Sancho, in the pursuit of the wicked. He will then, in an “impossible dream”, strive to right the wrongs of our world. In this series of mixed-media images, Rodrigo Palacios dreams a contaminated vision of Don Quixote’s world.
